  GX has found that our rigorous selection criterion selects only the best translators. Between 50% and 80% of translators who apply to work for GX are rejected.

   

  GX Localizations has a policy of providing positive incentives to its translation team, to encourage them to feel an integral part of the GX family. Along with trying to keep our customers happy, GX makes exceptional efforts to keep our translators happy and motivated too. Experienced translators who want to and have the aptitude are encouraged to perform management tasks to support the GX project managers, including the selection and training of junior translators, assigning tasks, and proofreading.
